Return & Refund Policy

At SaunaSpa.ca, we stand behind the quality of our saunas and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the size and specialized shipping requirements of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The sauna must be in original condition, unused, and unassembled (unless defective)
  • All original packaging, parts, and documentation must be included

Defective or Damaged Products

If your sauna arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, we will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Offer a full refund or replacement (your choice)

In some cases, we may first attempt to resolve the issue by:

  • Sending replacement parts
  • Providing repair solutions

If the issue cannot be resolved, a full return will be authorized.


Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

Due to the large size and logistics involved, returns for non-defective products are subject to:

  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price
  • Proper repackaging of the sauna (fees may apply if original packaging is missing)

Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

  • The sauna has been used, installed, or modified
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
  • The return request is submitted after the 30-day window

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return steps, including scheduling pickup if required

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
